Well sadly, delivery takes time. (it takes time not because we delivered it for free, but rather because of the fact that it really takes time!) Anyway, it only takes 1 to 2 working days normally, depending on your area. But of course, that’s only applicable for orders made before 2pm on a weekday. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED AT CREGOSTORE?
You can easily make payments via direct banking by Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect RHB Now, Alliance Online, AmOnline. Contact us the first moment when you encounter an issue. Some issues are miscellaneous and can be settled easily via phone call/livechat. However, if that’s not the case, we can always arrange our courier service partners to pick it up from your doorstep FOR FREE if you ever need a service for your Juicifier. You don’t have to pay any shipping charges for repairs and services within the warranty period. For claims that involves only part replacements, we will arrange that particular part to be sent to you. CAN I PAY VIA INSTALLMENT PLANS?
Yes, you can pay installment up to six(6) months. Just take note on the procedures to apply for installment plans stated as below.
Step 1: Make your payment by credit card at www.cregostore.com online. The credit card payment will be processed online usual.
Step 2: Once the card payment is authorized successfully, you will be informed that the payment status is successful.
Step 3: You will also be notified by MOLPay the steps of converting a transaction to an installment plan including interest charged and tenure offered.
Step 5: Just follow the instruction as stated in the popup window or email to convert your transaction into installment.
Step 6: If the bank approves your request, you can then just pay on installment basis as they applied with the bank.
Ta-da! That’s all! No fuss totally!

CAN I JUICE ALL MY MEALS ON A LAZY DAY ?

I LOVE TO EAT CHICKEN AND I LOVE MY JUICIFIER AT THE SAME TIME. CAN I TRY JUICING MY CHICKEN (BONELESS) WITH MY JUICIFIER ?
Do not try to juice other food products such as meat, eggs, potatoes or food like squids and tofu because that is just
awfully gross, you know, not the right thing to do. Seriously.
WHEN I WANT TO JUICE I REALIZED THAT SOMEONE ACCIDENTALLY PLACED MY FRUITS IN THE FREEZER (I BELIEVE MY DAD DID IT). CAN I JUICE THEM ANYWAY?
Frozen fruits or vegetables are not allowed to be juiced. (You can’t get much juice from a cold hard apple, can you?) It is recommended that frozen products are thawed or soaked in water for some time before juicing. By doing so, you are bringing back the freshness and natural texture of your fruits and vegetables! Subsequently, you should also talk to your dad about it.
(NOTE : Any attempts to juice prohibited form of fruits and vegetables may void your warranty. Refer operation manual for more details)
HOW DO I PREPARE MY FRUITS AND VEGETABLES BEFORE JUICING?
Basically there is nothing much for you to do since Silent Swirl Juicifier has an amazing 76mm wide inlet. Just put in your apples and carrots as it is (one at a time please). But for fibrous vegetables such as
salary celery, it is recommended that you cut them into short pieces. The long fibres (which promotes digestion) will not be crushed and might cause blockages if it is left unattended some time after juicing.
HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LAST FOR ?
The warranty is ten(10) years (also known as a decade) on motor and one(1) year on the parts, valid from the date of purchase. Please retain your tax invoice for warranty claim purposes.
CAN I RETURN THE JUICIFIER AFTER PURCHASING IT ?
Yes, you can always return the Juicifier after purchasing it (BUT WHY?!!! ) under our Return Policy stated as below.

There are a few important things to bear in mind when returning a product you purchased from us.
• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from Crego Sdn Bhd, either through the online store or other offline methods can be returned.
• Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, parts and documentation that were included when you received it.
• Only purchases sent to addresses in Malaysia are entitled for return. For purchases in other international countries, kindly approach our support for more details.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
• Product that is damaged or not functioning due to customer self-negligence.
• Product with missing parts or documentations.
• Product that has been modified repaired or dismantled.
Kindly fill up the RETURN FORM and attach it with the parcel when you are delivering back to us.
