Beet Carrot Orange Juice
Ingredients: 2 carrots, 1 orange, 1 slice of beetroot.
Description : Adding beetroots into your juicing diet is a great way to boost betaine and nitrates intake. Beetroot juice taste earthy in natural, which is why incorporating it with carrots and oranges makes a good recipe.
Directions : Peel off the oranges and scrub the dirt off the carrot. Cut off the stem of the beetroot and prepare a slice of beetroot. Remove the skin and cut it into smaller proportion. Juice the soft oranges first, followed by the carrots and beets. Ending the juicing with crunchier vegetables will ensure a smoother exit of the remaining orange pulp in the chamber. Open the smart cap when juicing is done with the motor still running. The rotating silicon brushes will channel the juice to flow into your juice glass/jug.
Note : if you want a less pronounced beet flavor, you can add more oranges to the juice!

Beauty Potion
Ingredients : ½ cup of blueberries, ½ cup of pomegranate seeds, ¼ of lemon
Description: Pomegranates are an antioxidant-rich superfood which is an excellent source of Vitamin C. One pomegranate is capable to provide about 40% of the daily requirement for this vitamin. The seeds of the pomegranate fruit are sweet, juicy and bursting with flavor. Juicing it along with blueberries and lemon packs a nutritious punch for weight loss, skin health, anti-aging effects and keep your cholesterol in check. Direction: Cut the stem and the top of the pomegranate to reveal the distinct sections of the seeds. Then, using the sections as guidelines, cut the pomegranate into four pieces from top to bottom. De-seed the pomegranate by bending the back of the skin and pull the seeds out with your hands. Alternatively, you can just whack the back of the skin with a spoon. Finally, put the pomegranate seeds, blueberries and peeled lemon into your Silent Swirl Juicifier.
Note : You can put the pomegranate in with the membrane attached. It will add some bitterness to the juice but you save lots of time and it’s still tasty!

Organic Soymilk
Ingredients: 50 gram of organic soya bean,1 bowl of drinking water
Description: Soy milk is a plant based drink produced by soaking dried soybeans and grinding them in water. Soy milk contains only vegetables proteins with no lactose so it’s a popular alternative for people with lactose intolerance. Soy milk reduces cholesterol and does not cause insulin dependent diabetes. They are rich in isoflavones too!
Directions: Soak the soya bean in drinking water overnight. Drain the soya bean and rinse them with clean water. Add in drinking water into the drained soya bean before juicing.* Ratio for water and soya bean is 2:1 *. Now pour the soya bean with water into Crego Juicifier! After juicing, strain the soy milk with a sprout bag/cheesecloth. Lift up all sides of sproutbag/cheesecloth and squeeze the remaining juice from the pulp. Having finished straining, gently lift and remove the sprout bag/cheesecloth. You shall see most of the soy milk foams are caught in it. Heat up the soy milk with medium heat. Leave the cover of the pot opened because when the milk is boiled it will turn foamy and overflow easily. As the soy milk just starts to boil, turn to low heat. Add rock sugar / brown sugar / vanilla / dates (optional) ; use a spoon to give some stirs occasionally to prevent browning at the bottom. Keep boiling for 5 to 10mins, and ta-da.. your homemade organic soy milk is done!
Serve hot or chilled.
Note : Getting rid of beany flavor: Make sure the soy milk is thoroughly boiled, if not, you may taste some unpleasant raw smell of beans. Saving the bean pulp: Like rice pulp from rice soup, bean pulp can also be saved for adding into patties, porridge.

Ingredients: 1 green apple, ¼ Cucumber, ½ Lemon, a handful of spinach.

Remove the stem of the broccoli flower and separate the florets from the stem by cutting at the parts where they start branching off from the stem. Apple Carrot Juice
Ingredients: 1 carrot, 1 green apple.
